Description:
Niklas is one of the new faces that appeared this year in the Bundesliga and is also one of its biggest discoveries. Since his early years, he has been a stand out character in the youth Nurnberg teams and even won the German Youth Cup. His good games have not go unnoticed and Niklas got a chance to train with the first team during the pre-season. The young defensive midfielder has played so well, that the now-ex manager Wiesinger gave him his debut in the first team and then played him fairly regularly. Despite the fact that FC Nurnberg are playing rather poorly this year, Niklas is getting very good reviews for a debutant. He is also one of the key players and a captain of German U-19 national team.
Quotes:
“Stark has the confidence of the management team. Nik is one who makes us happy.”
(Martin Bader – FC Nurnberg athletic supervisor)
