One of the most interesting is certainly Jinty Caenepeel. This gifted winger started his career at KV Oostende, but moved to Gent at the age of 15. Before the current season, former Gent coach Victor Fernandez gave youngster a chance to train with the first team. Hard work in training has not gone unnoticed and thanks to that Jinty made his debut for “The Buffalos” on 19th October 2013 in a league fixture against Lokeren, replacing Cesar Arzo after 79 minutes of the match. In the past he represented Belgium on U-15 and U-17 levels, now he is part of “Red Devils” U-19 team.
