Description:

Jon Gorenc-Stankovic is one of the biggest hopes of Slovenian football at the moment. A product of NK Domzale academy, he has been included in the first team very quickly – at the age of 16. He made his senior debut during the 2012/2013 season, on 8th May 2013 in a league fixture against Luka Koper. He became a key member of the team very quickly, and even became captain at age of 17, which is qute a feat. It didn’t go unnoticed by the big clubs who are closely watching him. It’s also worth noting that Jon has had two internships in Italy – at Fiorentina and Bologna. He has represented Slovenia at many youth levels, and currently is a key member of the U-19 squad.
