Description:

Born in Zaragoza, Aragon, Jesus Vallejo joined Real Zaragoza’s youth academy in 2007, aged 10. On 26 July 2013, after impressing in the Juvenil squad, he signed a new deal with the club. On 23 August 2014, before even having appeared for the B-side, Vallejo made his professional debut in Segunda Division, starting in a 0–0 draw against Recreativo de Huelva. He became a first team regular very quickly and already in the 4th match of the 14/15 season he was voted the official man of the match for the game against Sabadell. On 7 March 2013, Vallejo appeared with the Spain under-16’s in a friendly match against Hungary. He was also selected with the under-17’s for the 2013 UEFA European Under-17 Championship, appearing in a match against Norway. Currently he is a member of Spain U19 national team.
