Description:

Tonislav Yordanov started his adventure with football at his hometown club, FC Sevlievo. His talent was noticed by Litex Lovech scouts and as a result Tonislav moved to this club’s academy in 2010. His senior debut came on 26 July 2015 in a reserves game against Dobrudzha Dobrich, in the second Bulgarian league. First team debut came not long after, on 22 September 2015, in the Bulgarian Cup match against Lokomotiv 2012 Mezdra, where he came on as a substitute. He scored a second goal in this match and assisted in Diogo Viana in the third one. He played at the 2015 European Under-17 Championship, which took place in his country. Yordanov scored 2 goals and was the best Bulgarian player at the tournament, but this was not enough, as his team lost two and drew one and got knocked out of the tournament at the early stage. Currently he represents his country at the U-19 level, where he is part of a very interesting attacking trio along with other talented players: Bozhidar Kraev and Aleksandar Georgiev.
