Description:
Edoardo Soleri moved to Brazil as a young boy together with his parents but returned to Italy in 2005. Then he played for S.S.D. Futbolclub but in 2013 he was spotted by AS Roma scouts. The youngster joined famous “Giallorossi” youth academy which has trained the likes of Francesco Totti, Daniele De Rossi, Alberto Aquilani, Alessandro Florenzi and Alessio Romagnoli. He made his professional debut on 29 September 2015 in a UEFA Champions League game against BATE Borisov, replacing Alessandro Florenzi after 92 minutes of a 3-2 away defeat. Currently, Edoardo is a star of AS Roma youth team, which is doing great in Campionato Primavera. He is also a member of Italy U-19 national team, where he has to compete for a striker spot with very talented players such as Andrea Favilli and Giuseppe Panico.
