Description:
Oleksiy Gutsulyak is considered by most football experts to be the best footballer of his generation in Ukraine. He is a product of Karpaty Lviv youth system. This versatile forward made his professional debut for “The Lions” on 1 March 2015 in the Ukrainian Premier League fixture against Metalurh Donetsk. He went on to score his first senior goal with a header in a 1–1 away draw against Stal Dniprodzerzhynsk. He has represented Ukraine at various youth levels, including the under-16, under-17 and under-18 level. Since October 2015 he is part of the U-19 squad. Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that he is often compared to Dinamo Kiev and Ukraine national team superstar Andriy Yarmolenko.
