Rubén Fernández Serrano, commonly known as Ferni, is a Atletico Madrid youth product – an academy, which produced fantastic players in the past few years, such as Koke, David De Gea, Saúl Ñíguez, Ignacio Camacho and Óliver Torres. Ferni has been a star in the youth teams for years and is currently one of the biggest hopes of “Los Rojiblancos”. It cannot be ruled out that soon he will fillow in the aforementioned players’ footsteps. He is a regular Spain international. In 2015, he played at the European Under-17 Championship and currently he is a member of the “La Rojita” U-18 side.
