Vanja Vlahović is a product of the famous Partizan youth academy. He is a part of the new very talented generation of Partizan players which includes, among others Filip Stevanović, Nemanja Jović, Mihajlo Petković, Marko Milovanović, Dragan Bojat, Lazar Slavkovic, Nikola Čolić, Nikola Štulić, and Samed Baždar. Thanks to his great performances for the youth teams, he was named on the first-team bench for the first time on 7 November 2020 in a league fixture against FK Spartak Subotica.
