Description:
Egert Õunapuu joined Nõmme United youth academy from JK Sparta in 2019. During the 2020/2021 season, he scored an amazing number of 63 goals in just 21 games in the Estonian U-17 Championship. He made his first-team debut for Nõmme aged only 15 on 28 August 2020 in the Estonian second tier game against Pärnu JK Vaprus. He has been in phenomenal form this season – he scored 7 goals in just 4 Esiiliga games so far. He is also a regular youth international for Estonia and currently he is one of the leaders of the U-17 team along with other interesting players such as Aleksandr Alteberg, Tristan Pajo, Mihhail Kolobov, Sander Soo, Kristofer Käit, Karel Mustmaa, Dimitri Jepihhin, Gregor Pürg, and Daniil Pareiko.
