He is one of the leaders of an extremely interesting generation of Dutch players born in 2005 which includes, among others Antoni Milambo, Julian Rijkhoff, Gabriel Misehouy, David Kalokoh, Jayden Addai, Isaac Babadi, Jason van Duiven, Emmanuel van de Blaak, Alvaro Henry, Mike Kleijn, Dean Huijsen, Thijmen Blokzijl, and Jaden Slory. In May 2022, he was one of the best players at the 2022 UEFA European Under-17 Championship where young Oranje made it to the final but lost to an extremely strong France.
