Jiří Panoš joined the Viktoria Plzeň youth academy from SK Klatovy 1898 in 2019. He made his professional debut as a late substitute in a 3–1 Czech First League victory over Dukla Prague on July 20, 2024, and netted his first goal less than three weeks later in a 2–1 UEFA Europa League win against Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih. In May 2024, Jiří represented the Czech Republic at the UEFA European Under-17 Championship, where his team reached the quarter-finals.
