Adyson is a product of América Mineiro youth academy. He showed himself to a wider crowd at the Copa São Paulo de Futebol Júnior 2022, where América surprisingly made it to the semi-final. He made his first-team debut shortly after this tournament on 25 January 2022, coming on as a second-half substitute for fellow youth graduate Gustavinho in a 1–2 Campeonato Mineiro away loss against Caldense.
