He is a product of the famous Génération Foot academy – a youth system that developed many superb Senegalese players such as Sadio Mané, Ismaïla Sarr, Ibrahima Niane, Pape Matar Sarr, Papiss Cissé, and Habib Diallo. In 2023, Diouf was the captain and leader of Senegal at the U-17 Africa Cup of Nations. The Young Lions of Teranga became champions for the first time in history and Amara won the Golden Boot award.
