Description:
Cade Cowell joined San Jose Earthquakes youth academy from Ballistic United SC in 2018 after he scored 34 in 33 games for the U-15 team. On 23 January 2019, he signed as a Homegrown Player with Quakes. In 2019, he was sent on loan to San Jose’s USL Championship affiliate club Reno 1868. He made his debut for Reno on 8 June and scored a 17th-minute goal during a 3–2 loss against San Antonio FC. He made his San Jose debut on 11 June 2019, as a 69th-minute substitute during a 4–3 win over Sacramento Republic in the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup. He started MSL 2021 season brilliantly by scoring 2 goals and providing 3 assists in just 3 games. Cade is of Mexican descent through his maternal line and is eligible to play for both the United States and Mexico.
