He is a part of an extremely interesting generation of US players born in 2005 which includes, among others Obed Vargas, Serge Ngoma, Reed Baker-Whiting, Noel Buck, Niko Tsakiris, Joshua Wynder, and Felipe Valencia. Esmir’s good performances for Revs II did not go unnoticed – in January 2022, he received his first call up to the USMNT U-20.
