Jaden Umeh is considered to be one of the most talented U17s in Ireland. His older brother Franco Umeh-Chibueze is also a very talented footballer currently playing in Crystal Palace academy. Jaden is a product of the Cork City youth system. He made his professional debut on 3 November 2023 against Bohemians – at the age of 15 years and 230 days, he became the youngest ever player to feature in a league game for Cork City. He is also a regular youth international for Ireland – he started at the U-15 level and now he is the youngest member of the U-17 setup, a very interesting team with many exciting talents such as Mason Melia, Ike Orazi, and Matthew Moore.
