Jonathan Bakali joined AS Monaco youth academy in July 2017. He is considered to be on of the most talented teenagers in France. He is a part of a very talented generation of French players born in 2002 wchich includes Georginio Rutter, Theo Zidane, Timothée Pembele, Nianzou Kouassi, Dilane Bakwa, Adil Aouchiche, Lucien Agoume and Junior Kadile. Despite being only 16, he is already one of the stars of Monaco U-19 team.
