Description:
Konstantinos Karetsas is a product of the superb KRC Genk youth academy, where he came back in 2023 after a 2-year-old spell at Anderlecht. He made his professional debut for Jong Genk on 13 August 2023 in the Belgian second division game against SK Beveren. He scored his first goal just four weeks later against RSCA Futures. Konstantinos is one of the leaders of a very interesting generation of Belgian players born in 2007 which includes, among others Nunzio Engwanda, Brad Manguelle, Mamady Diawara, Kye Furo, Maël Debondt, Noah Makembo-Ntemo, Saïdou Touré, Ilyas Bouazzaoui, and Zaïd Bafdili.
