Description:

Lovro Zvonarek joined the youth academy of Slaven Belupo in 2015, at the age of 11. He made his debut for Slaven against Rijeka, coming on in the 70th minute. At 16 years and 5 days old, he became the second-youngest player ever in the Prva HNL, just after Marko Dabro (16 years and 2 days). One week later he scored his first goal becoming the youngest ever scorer in the Croatian League taking the record from Alen Halilović. On 30 August 2021, Bayern Munich had agreed to sign Zvonarek for a reported fee of €1.8 million, although he will remain on loan with Slaven Belupo through the season. He will join the German giants before the 2022/2023 season.
