Description:

Marcos Leonardo is a product of a famous Santos youth academy. He is part of a new wave o highly talented Santos players which include, among others Renyer, Kaiky Melo, Sandry, Kaio Jorge, Derick, Ivonei and Ângelo Borges. Marcos made his professional – and Campeonato Brasileiro – debut on 20 August, coming on as a second-half substitute for Yeferson Soteldo in a 1–0 away win against Sport Recife. He scored his first professional goal on 4 October, netting his team’s third in a 3–2 away win against Goiás.
