Mihajlo Cvetković is considered to be one of the most talented U17s in the Balkans. He is a product of the FK Čukarički youth academy. He is one of the leaders of an extremely interesting generation of Serbian players born in 2007 which includes, among others Viktor Stojanović, Andrija Maksimović, Nikola Simić, Veljko Milosavljević, Vukašin Jovanović, Đorđe Ranković, Adem Avdić, and Jovan Ćirić. Mihajlo made his senior debut on 4 September 2023, coming on as a second-half substitute for Luka Adžić and scoring a late equalizer to salvage a 2–2 away draw against Železničar Pančevo. He represented Serbia and scored an impressive number of 6 goals in 9 games at the European Under-17 Championship in 2023 and 2024.
