Mikołaj Tudruj joined Lech Poznań, one of the best youth systems in Poland, from Bałtyk Koszalin in 2019. Lech academy produced many interesting talents in recent years such as Karol Linetty, Jan Bednarek, Dawid Kownacki, Robert Gumny, Jakub Kaminski, Kamil Józwiak, Jakub Moder, and Tymoteusz Puchacz. Tudruj is considered to be one of the most talented players of his generation in Poland. Currently, he is the second-youngest member of Poland U-17 national team.
