Montader Madjed began his career playing for the youth teams of Östers IF. In 2021, he moved to Varbergs BoIS. He made his debut for the club aged 16 years and 88 days on 4 July 2021 in a league fixture against Kalmar FF – it made him the first player born in 2005 to make his debut in the Allsvenskan. He is a part of an extremely interesting generation of Swedish players born in 2005 which includes, among others Roony Bardghji, Jardell Kanga, Emmanuel Tannor, Fredrik Nissen, Marco Olsson Valdés, Matteo Vinlöf, Kazper Karlsson, and Ludwig Malachowski Thorell.
