Description:

Lucas Bergvall is a product of the IF Brommapojkarna academy – a fantastic youth system that produced many superb talents in recent years such as Dejan Kulusevski, Jardell Kanga, Joel Asoro, Paulos Abraham, Jack Lahne, Daniel Svensson, Fredrik Nissen, Ludwig Malachowski Thorell, Marco Olsson Valdés, and Wilmer Odefalk. Lucas made his first team debut aged only 15 on 21 November 2021 in the Swedish 3rd tier game against Piteå IF. He joined Djurgården on 9 December 2022 and made his Allsvenskan debut as a starter against BK Häcken on 24 May 2023. He is also a regular youth international for Sweden – he started at the U-15 level and now he’s a member of the U-17 team. His older brother Theo is also a talented footballer who plays for Djurgården.
