Eduard has played in nearly every single one of the Ukrainian youth national team set ups. As a 17-year old, he became a regular in the Metalurg Zaporizhya team and was so impressive that the biggest Ukrainian Premier League clubs were in for him. Finally he joined Shakhtar Donetsk, where he is currently fighting for a place with an experience Vyacheslav Shevchuk and a Brazilian Ismaily. He is not getting too many chances at the moment, but whenever he gets on the pitch, he looks very solid.
