Description:
Gabriel is a grandson of a famous Brazilian referee – Dulcidio Boschilia. Since his early years, he has shown huge talent and all the best teams in Brazil would like to have him. As a 16-year old, he signed a deal with Sao Paulo which has caused an uproar amongst the fans of his former club, Gurani. The world learned about him at the FIFA U-17 World Cup where he played very well and scored 6 goals and made 3 assists in 4 games. Brazilians seemed to be the favorites to win the title, but Boschilia was suspended for the quarterfinals due to yellow card accumulation and without him, the Canarinhos have failed against Mexico. Despite that, this left-footed “fantasista” is certainly one of the winners of this tournament and you can expect his debut soon in the Campeonato Brasiliero.
Quotes:
“It’s a quality player with indisputable technique.”
(Roberto Constantino – Guarani director of football)
