Andy Kawaya comes from Anderlecht youth academy which is famous for producing players like Romelu Lukaku and Vincent Kompany in recent years. Currently, “Les Mauves” are taking a brave approach in regards to their youth products. Teenagers like Dennis Praet, Massimo Bruno or Youri Tielemans are playing in the first team. The next ine line should be Kawaya, as he is a big talent. It’s worth noting that he has already made his debut in the first team – 25th of January 2013, where he played 30 minutes in a cup game again Eupen. He’s doing very well in the youth RSCA team as well – in UEFA Youth League, he scored 3 goals in 5 matches, and was also one of the best players in recently concluded Viareggio Cup, where he reached the final with Anderlecht.
