Description:

Milot Rashica is considered one of the hottest young talents in Albanian football. He made his senior debuts with KF Kosova Vushtrri, aged only 16. He had trials with various European clubs, including Gent, Hannover 96 and Union Berlin, but nothing came of it. On 10 September 2014 he moved to Vitesse Arnhem on a trial basis, appearing for the club’s youth team. On 10 February 2015 he signed a three-year deal with the Arnhem side, being effective on 1 July. Rashica made his professional debut on 30 July, coming on as a second-half substitute for Uroš Đurđević in a 0–3 away loss against Southampton, for the 2015–16 UEFA Europa League Third qualifying round. He made his Eredivisie debut almost two weeks later, on 9 August, starting and assisting Denys Oliynyk in a 1–1 away draw against Willem II. He is also a regular youth Albania international, currently playing for their U-19 squad.
