Vinícius Tobías is a product of a famous Internacional academy – youth system that produced many very well known players in the past such as Alisson Becker, Lúcio, Fred, Alexandre Pato, Luiz Adriano, and Taison. He is a part of a new wave of very talented Internacional players which includes, among others João Peglow, Bruno Praxedes, Bruno Fuchs, Cesinha, Heitor, Daniel Paulino, Gustavo Bagatini, Lukayan, Johnny, and Lucas Mazetti. In 2019, Vinícius represented his country at the South American Under-15 Football Championship, where young ‘Canarinhos’ won the gold medal.
